Project Management Services for the water and wastewater design and construction departments at Citizens Energy Group. These projects included management of the design, field observation, and construction contracts. Outside of the typical utility stakeholder engagement; maintenance of traffic and public outreach was a significant part of ensuring project success. Zurbuch was involved in the utility transition team when purchased by Citizens Energy Group which required Citizens Energy to create a facilities team, in which Zurbuch served as a Project Manager to assist in the design and construction management of the new 25,000SF office building and renovation of three existing facilities (70,000SF).
