INDIANAPOLIS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Project Management Augmentation services to support the Capital Improvement projects at the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) and its five reliever airports. This advanced project management position requires supervision of design and construction professionals, with an emphasis on effective upfront project planning, including stakeholder buy-in and State regulated procurement process. The project scope includes parking garage concrete restoration, deicing facility improvements, airfield infrastructure, and terminal tenant construction; all to preserve IAA assets. Zurbuch, Inc. has been part of the IAA team since 2014.
