Development Management Services for the Stanley Security North America Headquarters located in Fishers, Indiana. The $15.9 million, 80,000SF, three-story, open-collaborative office facility was designed to house Stanley Security employees in the same place, promoting teamwork, and increased productivity. Zurbuch, Inc. provided tenant project management services to Stanley for a twenty-four-month process that included the conceptual planning stages through building occupancy. This project included vacating four leased office locations and consolidating the Security team under one roof in the new office building headquarters. Working together with the landlord, developers, local Stanley personnel, contractors and a variety of tenant vendors required highly effective communication and organizational skills. The project was completed within tenant budget requirements, and Stanley Security effectively occupied the building on time with no additional existing lease hold-over necessary.
