YMCA OF GREATER INDIANAPOLIS

Owner’s Representation Services for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, Indiana. The new and highly anticipated $22 million, 87,000SF, three-level Irsay Family YMCA Facility located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis provides a modern, open, and bright space for fitness and continuing education enthusiasts throughout the region. The design includes an indoor pool, elevated running track, three gymnasiums, a teaching kitchen, and physical therapy space. Zurbuch, Inc. translated the construction process and owner involvement decisions to the YMCA to ensure timely stakeholder participation, including attending all owner and contractor meetings to oversee budget and schedule adherences. This project was finished on time, as planned, for the December 2015 grand opening.
